- About Kool-Nerd ProductionsI am an honors graduate of all programs (Core and Advanced) at The Recording Workshop and a senior music technology major at Capital University who snuck his way on the President's List. This is all after graduating Magna Cum Laude from high school. Long story short, I work hard. Music is my number one love and has been since I was 11 years old. PRODUCTION POLICYContact me for prices on exclusive rights to beats and/or to enter a non-exclusive rights plan!
• Leases and Pro-Leases allow you to use beats for up to 2,000 copies, distributed at your price, before the lease has to be renewed.
• Exclusive Rights means you own the beat and it can not be resold by Kool-Nerd Productions or by you. There is no distribution limit.
• Beats are given in a format based on the rights you purchase:-Lease: a single WAV or MP3 file-Pro Lease: tracked out WAV or MP3 files-Non-Exclusive: a single WAV or MP3 file-Exclusive: tracked out WAV or MP3 files
• You receive files 24-48 hours after completing both contracts and payment.
• Package deals (ranging from 5-40% off) are available! Must acquire 3 or more beats to receive a package deal.
NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS DEAL:
Why Non-Exclusive Rights?
Non-Exclusive Rights are used as a way to grant artist the ability to work their way to an Exclusive Rights standing. Most artists like a payment plan of some kind and this is it! With this, artists can have the chosen instrumental off the market while they pay their monthly fee until they reach the negotiated Exclusive Rights price. At that point the contract changes from a lease with Non-Exclusive Rights to Exclusive Rights. In these cases, there is no distribution limit! The lease becomes a "loose lease" as long as monthly payments are on time.
This can also be used to keep a beat off the market while an artist writes a song. This allows the artist to record the song, release the song and be the only artist working with that instrumental at that time. This is good for artists who don't mind other artists on their instrumentals after they have released their version of the song first. Keep in mind that the monthly payment will be added into the price of the leased beat for a situation like this.

- Information On Engineering ServicesAbove are a short snippets of engineering work I've done.ENGINEERING & STUDIO RATES:• Recording: $25 per hour• Mixing: $35 per song• Mastering: $40 per song• Using top notch software from companies such as Waves, Izotope, Celemony, Antares, Sonnox, Sonalkis, Focusrite, and more, to make sure your project is perfect and radio ready!• Revisions at NO EXTRA COST if requested within 48 hours of receiving file! After 48 hours the file is finalized and you will have to pay full price for a new revision.• Mixed and Mastered files given in any format(s) needed at NO EXTRA COST!• Mixing and mastering processes will take anywhere from 12 to 48 hours. If multiple songs are in service, this time will vary. If you want to guarantee my services within a specific time frame, add the "Speedy Service" to your cart and contact me using the "EMAIL" link. It should be noted that the Speedy Service has to be applied to each individual song and not a collection of songs.•I will work with what I am given. If you give me low quality music, I can't make it high quality. If you use any DAW's on the list, then make a .ZIP file out of your project folder (not just the project file, but the whole folder including audio files) and send it to me. If your using GarageBand, the project file is all that is available because the audio files are self-contained, but you still need to ZIP it or else it will not open. Reason users should set the "Song Self-Contain Settings" before sending.All other DAW users should try finding an "export all tracks" option or bounce each track out manually. Export each track from the start of the song so that the song lines up automatically when I import the files. You can also reference your DAW's owner's manual on how to convert your project to an AAF or OMF file. Click HERE to see an example of how this is done.

- I apologize for going ghost for 2 days! Lost phone and internet service but I'm back now
